Electronic payment links and instructions have been sent out to everyone who is registered via USAG.
PAYMENT DEADLINE: 6:00 p.m. MONDAY, AUGUST 17
If you encounter an issue with payment, please read the specific instructions in the payment info email.
Don't forget! You need to purchase a team registration for each level (3+ girls) that you choose to enter in the team competition.
Specific payment instructions were sent on Monday, August 3 to everyone who is registered via USAG. Please be patient & we'll respond to inquiries as soon as possible. If you're registered via USAG and encounter an issue, don't panic! Please contact emily@intriguegym.com with payment questions and she'll be happy to help.
LEVEL CHANGES, SCRATCHES & LATE ADD-IN REQUESTS
SCRATCHES / LEVEL CHANGES / LATE ADD-IN REQUESTS:
Scratches must be sent to taylor@meetauthority.com as soon as possible. Any scratches done due to injury must also be emailed to emily@intriguegym.com so she can provide your gym a refund. Refunds will be issued due to injury only and will be sent electronically to the payment method used for your gym's registration. Scratches done due to other reasons do not need to be sent to Emily.
As far as level changes, those each need to be sent to taylor@meetauthority.com as soon as possible. Level changes are based on session availability. If there is room in the session the athlete needs to move into, we will be happy to make the change. However, if that session has already reached capacity, we may not be able to accommodate the request. All level changes are handled on a first-come, first-served basis, so the earlier you let Taylor know, the better.
