REGISTRATION
Registration for Nashville Nights and Encore will Monday, August 3, 2026 at 12:00 (noon) CST.

DEPOSITS AND/OR PAPER REGISTRATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR NASHVILLE NIGHTS OR ENCORE!
The coach who is doing your registration MUST have a current membership or the USAG meet reservation system will not let them register. We recommend completing your background check and any necessary courses early so that when USAG opens up annual memberships on AUGUST 1, you can get that done right away and be ready to register for Nashville Nights or Encore on the 3rd.
The same goes for your athletes. If they aren't renewed the USAG reservation system will NOT let you register them.
Electronic payment will be required for 2027 entry fees and team fees - No checks. Coaches, payment links will be provided to you after USAG registration is full. It may take a few days for us to send out the payment link so please be patient! We'll send the payment link as quickly as possible to everyone who is registered via USAG meet reservations.
We’ll also answer any registration-day questions, calls, emails, etc. as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and grace in advance!!!

ELECTRIC PAYMENT INFO
Payment links will be sent out to everyone who is registered via USAG as soon as possible. If you encounter an issue with payment, please check with your card company to see if you have a limit for individual purchases. This happened with a small handful of coaches in 2026 and they simply needed to break up their purchase for it to go through.

For example: If you're paying for 70 total kids and you encounter an error code, you may need to do one purchase for 40 kids, then another purchase for the remaining 30.

This was only the case for a couple gyms in 2026 but we wanted to make note of it here in case anyone faces something similar with 2027 registrations!

You will need to purchase a team registration for each level (3+ girls) that you choose to enter in the team competition.

LEVEL CHANGES, SCRATCHES & LATE ADD-IN REQUESTS

LEVEL CHANGES / SCRATCHES:
After USAG registration is closed, all level changes/scratches/late add-in requests must be emailed (by coaches only - no team parents!) to taylor@meetauthority.com as soon as possible. Any scratches done prior to the refund deadline must also be emailed (also by a coach - no team parents!) to emily@intriguegym.com in order for the gym to receive a refund. Refunds will be issued electronically to the payment method used for your gym's registration.
