Registration for Nashville Nights and Encore opened Monday, August 3, 2026 at 12:00 (noon) CST via USAG Meet Reservations and is now full!

DEPOSITS, PAPER REGISTRATIONS, OR CHECKS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR NASHVILLE NIGHTS OR ENCORE!

 

The coach/gym representative who does your registration MUST have a current USAG membership that expires 7/31/27 or the meet reservation system will not let them register. If you expire on 12/31/26 it will not let you register since our meets are after you expire. Please don't try to register any coaches who aren't current or who expire 12/31 as it will not let you register. We have no control over any of this as it's strictly a USAG policy and controlled from their side!

 

We recommend completing your background check and any necessary courses AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE and then completing SafeSport right away on AUGUST 1 so you won't expire until 7/31 next year. We cannot hold spots if your background check or any part of your USAG membership is pending.

 

The same goes for your athletes! If they aren't renewed by August 3 the USAG reservation system WILL NOT let you register them. It's also been known to freeze people's registrations or kick them out mid-registration if they've tried to enter an athlete or coach who isn't up-to-date. Thank you for understanding that we have no control over this!
