WHAT TO EXPECT
Expect an extraordinary experience at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center! At Opryland, you'll find beautiful atriums, waterfalls, shopping, an indoor water park, and dining right under one roof, plus you'll also be able to explore nearby attractions including the Grand Ole Opry, Opry Mills Mall, the Country Music Hall of Fame, the General Jackson Showboat, and so much more!
Competition for both Nashville Nights and Encore will take place on the property at the Gaylord Opryland Events Center building. This is a standalone building. Stay tuned for info about where awards and our wonderful vendors will be.

Please note that the entire Opryland property is VERY BIG (and beautiful) so allow yourself PLENTY of time to drive/walk around the resort and to the meet. Wear your comfy shoes! ;)
Opryland is a short 15-minute drive (or Uber/Lyft!) from Nashville's famous Broadway if you want to check out all the great sights & sounds that downtown Music City has to offer!​
PARKING
There are options for valet and self-parking available at Opryland. There is also an option for FREE parking at the back of the Opry Mills mall parking lot, where you'll be able to take a walkway over to the Opryland property! Nashville locals, the meet is in "the Ice Building." Click here for a helpful video for parking in the free lot.If you're staying at Opryland, follow signs to Delta / Convention Center. Then, go outside the Delta Portico (D3 elevator is closest to the portico) and walk outside. Head across to the green awning and take the short walk under the awning to the Gaylord Opryland Events Center building for the meet. Follow the balloons and signs!
